Kmail replies above the text.

Hello,
I would like the text of my rated replies to appear above the text. I can’t find the setting in KMail; does anyone know how to do this?

I don’t know what you mean by “rated replies”, however

if you go into Settings→Configure KMail and then select the Composer you can modify the standard templates or create custom templates. for example, you can set a reply template with the %CURSOR at the top.
