Kmymoney on Ubuntu 24.04 snap/deb

Hello ! I’m using Kmymoney 5.1.3 on Ubuntu 24.04. Kmymoney was installed as a snap but in Ubuntu software, the only option available today seems to be via deb, and Ubuntu Software does not propose to uninstall (only deb installation is available). Could it be the reason why Kmymoney will not upgrade to versions 5.2 ?
for info, on the Kmymoney site, the link to the snap package - https://snapcraft.io/kmymoney - seems broken.

Should I uninstall the snap package via snap-store and install a deb or Appimage version ?

I suggest you tu uninstall the snap package and install AppImage stable version.
This way, you decide on your own rythm when and which version exactly you install or upgrade and are not surprised by an unknown upgrade.
( I have a Debian operating system)
