I don’t really have the right words to describe what I’m seeing in the picture above. I’ve never seen anything like it before. This also happens in Konqueror, Help Menu (F1) and Falkon.
Now, I only recently begun to install Arch with Plasma but I’ve been following the Installation Guide fairly closely. Other browsers like Firefox and Vivaldi work fine but I’d really like to have access to KDE Help from within the environment.
