Default behavior is really confusing for programs with the same name

Settings > Configure Konsole > Tab Bar / Splitters > Expand individual tab widths to full window
Settings > Edit current profile > Tabs > Tab title format:

If you double-click each individual tab you can change that setting per tab basis
