Ive set up Kontact to sync with my gmail account through google groupware. I know Kontact can be set up to sync periodically. Is there a way to manually sync my account?
There is a sidebar called “Calendar Manager” which shows the configured calenders (and their folders, if any).
Right clicking the main entry shows, among other things, an “Update Calendar” action
Thank you for your help. I’m new to linux and kde. I did manage to find it. After digging around I found that “Update Calendar” action and “Update Folder” action could be added to the toolbar too.
Yes, something like the “Check email” in the email view might make sense.
On both cases the update will usually happen automatically but users might want to “reload” manually as well.
Could be added as a feature request.
My guess is that implementation wise it should be fairly easy
