KRDC cannot connect to a remote machine using RDP via SOCKS5 proxy -

When I try to connect to a remote host using RDP protocol with SOCKS5 proxy specified, the KRDC window just briefly flashes and then goes back to the connections list screen.

Launching KRDC in terminal, when this happens I can see these error messages:

KRDC: Starting RDP session
[22:35:38:696] [95633:000176a5] [ERROR][com.freerdp.core] - [freerdp_tcp_is_hostname_resolvable]: ERRCONNECT_DNS_NAME_NOT_FOUND [0x00020005]
[22:35:38:696] [95633:000176a5] [ERROR][com.freerdp.core.nego] - [nego_connect]: Failed to connect
KRDC: Unable to connect

The ERRCONNECT_DNS_NAME_NOT_FOUND error is very strange, because I am trying to connect typing in IP address. If I remove proxy address from the connection config dialog, the RDP session initializes just fine.

The SOCKS5 proxy I am specifying also has no problems, I can successfully connect to the same machine via this proxy by running bare xfreerdp.

My enironment:
KRDC v. 25.04.1
Fedora KDE 42 with latest updates to the date
