Krecorder does not start on Android 13

I installed the app via F-droid, Krecorder and it doesn’t start.

Hello, I have a problem with Okular Mobile that I installed via F-Droid on the repositories: KDE Android Nightly Builds I installed the application. It settles in but when I want to use it, it launches and then stops immediately. Unable to use it. This is version 1.3.0 of Okular Mobile, add the 21/06/2026 I’m on Android 13 Do you know where the problem can come and is there a fix ?

if it still only happens with Krecorder, id check the android permission state first:

• settings > apps > Krecorder > permissions, allow microphone
• force stop it, clear cache, then launch from the app icon
• if it still closes, grab the crash with adb logcat -c then adb logcat | grep -iE 'krecorder|fatal exception|androidruntime'
• try the current F-Droid build after removing the old one. back up any recordings b4 clearing storage

the Okular case sounds like the same qt/android runtime problem. the log should show which part dies.
