KTeaTime's tray menu could be slightly reorganized

Very small nag, but it’s something that’s bugged me for a few months of use of kteatime now.

The tray menu could be slightly reorganized to make it more efficient. As it is you drag your mouse over half a menu you barely ever touch over moment-to-moment use to get to the items you want, which seems disingenious to me.

As I said, small nag, but also a straightforward one if I understand toplevel.c in the sourcecode right.

The ordering makes sense in the context of a traditional menu that open downwards. Obviously this is not the case here; it opens upwards when the panel is on the bottom.

However, if the panel is on any other screen edge, it does open downward so the current ordering makes sense.

Probably the ordering should be reversed only when the widget detects that the panel it lives on is located on the bottom screen edge. This is possible; some other widgets do the same thing.
