After a recent OS update, kwallet completely broke, so anything using it to authenticate now can’t.
I did discover that I had a conflict in that it now had kwallet5 and kwallet (6.23.0-1) both installed, so I removed kwallet5 and some dependencies (which all had v6 versions that were already installed).
I tried following an Arch wiki article on KDE Wallet with the suggested configuration changes but it doesn’t appear to be helping. I’ve tried a bunch of different things to get it to work.
A more detailed journalctl dump is forthcoming, but there’s a lot of “This name is not activatable” and “Could not connect to Secret Service” among other things.
