The plasma wayland forces kwin/System Settings to be the only way to configure global shortcuts, as opposed to X11, where you could use stuff like xbindkeys. This would be fine, but the shortcuts in Settings are inflexible.
Specifically, I have turned caps into secondary escape on my system. Now I use Caps Lock button on the keyboard as escape and would like to bind the original escape key to perform custom action. However, the System Settings shortcuts sees no difference between the two, making such task impossible.
If this is not the right place, could someone suggest a place where to mention this to the devs as a possible improvement/use case?
