Lenovo T15 Gen 1, No Battery Charge Control after Latest Updates, Fedora 37, KDE 2.27

After latest firmware updates I can no longer set the batter % charge. This has been set at 85% since the laptop was new but now charges to 99%. Laptop details: Fedora 37 with uptodate KDE and Gnome, I set the charge % in KDE.

Sounds like it could be a bug in the new firmware version, if the issue appeared right after updating.

It may be worth upgrading to Fedora 38 to see if the new release has any fixes for this issue.

Yes, it does look like it. I let the battery discharge to around 10% and now although the charging LED is red the charge is now staying at 10%.

Did that but issue persists, I think this is down to the last firmware update.
