Is there a way to limit the space a maximized window takes? E.g., I would like that, if I maximize Dolphin, that it looks like in the following picture:
I would really like to always see parts of the wallpaper around my floating panel and the maximized window. This also means that the panel should stay in floating mode (unless you move a window right near it).
