I got a notebook with a DE layout, and my external Keyboard, with a GB layout (I prefer GB for coding), I currently have to manually switch between the layouts, and KDE Plasma always jumps back to the local, which is higher up. It would be great, to be able to link specific locales, to specific hardware, so that Plasma can switch them automatically.
