I’m relatively a new linux user. After trying to upload wallpapers through “Configure Desktop and Wallpaper Settings” → “Get New Wallpapers" I get this error. I have access to file through URL https://autoconfig.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml. I do not have any proxy settings. My System Settings:

Well yes as I found out in the near time when I made this post Debian 13 was stable release already, I also needed qt6 for some graphic visualization tools, after update problem dissappeared but i have another question.
I did not have problems with Time Stamp Counter:
TSC synchronization [CPU#0 → CPU#2]:
Measured 2775194050 cycles TSC warp between CPUs, turning off TSC clock. #1#3#5#7
Could not retrieve per counters (-19)
i8042: PNP: PS/2 appears to have AUX port disabled, if this is incorrect please boot with i8042.nopnp
Unstable clock detected, switching default tracing clock to “global”
and so on…
It is said that this is problem related rather with incompatible hardware, but why then i did not have this problem on Debian 12? Is it because of different kernel versions?
