My computer is nuc11 which is powered by AC adapter. I run fedora 43 and plasma desktop 6.5.1. The session is X11. It is configured with lock screen automatically after 1 minute and turn off screen 5 minute (when locked 1 minute), as the following screenshots. To my understanding, the desktop is locked after 1 minute, and then the screen is turned off after another 1 minute. But when it locks screen automatically, it turns off the screen at the same time.
the way i read your settings is after 1 min of inactivity, the screen locks and turns off at the same time.
if you want the additional minute you would need to set the power setting to 2 minutes of inactivity when locked.
also, they way you have things set the 5 min timer to turn off the screen will never be triggered because the screen lock kicks in first.
