I am not sure if someone has opened this suggestion before. As title, by default the “Image” wallpaper type only scans /usr/share/wallpaper. I think it could be better if the “Image” type scans both folders so that the users can have an easier time making a choice for their favorite wallpaper.
I think GNOME scan the other backgrounds folder by default.
