Make okular show pdfs in accordance to color scheme

Hello. I would like to make okular show pdfs in accordance to color scheme.
how would i do this?
mainly the text color and background color for documents.
it will really help my eyes as they are weak.

I wish I could do that. (I detest PDFs in principle; documents should use a markup standard instead.)

What I do is use okular’s accessibility “Change colours” setting. “Invert colours” works well except when there’s pictures in the PDF, in which case I change the background colour to a medium grey.

found another option there. to change light and dark colors.
just set light to my background and dark to my text color and now its all uniform and looks good.
