Make viewing easier on Dolphin

Why not:

1. Use default view settings on all folders, except on folders which have a .directory file.

2. Make “Show hidden files” and “Sort folders before files” global settings, not just local ones.

I think the above make Dolphin simpler and easier to use.

This should be the current behavior, but when you have remember view settings per folder, you need to use Dolphin details View - Can I set the default columns? - #3 by frc_kde to set your default view settings.

The same way can make this global default.
