Master - Win11 stalled

I have master: 5.2.70-174591e. 28/7/26, I have noticed master continues receiving commits. But Windows master/nightly build appears not to have advanced normally since around the end of July. Other platforms appear to have continued.

Any reason?

The certificate on the CI/CD infrastructure to sign the windows packages needs to be updated. Sysadmin is aware of it but did not find the time to do it due to other - more important - tasks. BTW: the same applies for the stable branch.
