After the update to 6.7 my mechanical keyboard no longer respects the web driver backlight settings. I noticed a setting in the brightness widget that says keyboard backlight but no matter what it still overrides the web driver and keyboard firmware. Is there any way I can get it back to the workable state?

do you mean something like openRGB?
i’m still using plasma 5 but there is apparently a new setting in plasma 6.7 somewhere that defaults to the new plasma keyboard where you can long press to bring up an alternate set of keys.
if you turn that off, it might revert back to whatever you had working before the update.
It’s a keychron mechanical keyboard they have their own driver configuration web driver. But I think I got it figured out. I turned off the keyboard backlight switch in the brightness widget and it went back to the correct settings.
