Merkuro Calendar: no search function?

Hi,
I don’t see any search function in the menu and Ctrl - F doesn’t result in anything. Is there no search function in the calendar??

Unfortunately There isn’t any search function.

I like the part the most where someone comment that “This will be very likely be implemented in 23.08.” But now is 25.08 and still it isn’t implemented.

Probably lack of dev time. I’ve been looking to contribute a little and looked into Merkuro, but it’s more complex than it seems due to being tied into the PIM/akonadi backend (which is what the K suite uses too).

I might try giving it a shot at some point but still learning how everything works around here.

This maybe be a bit counter intuitive but this actually makes it easier.

Application developers can concentrate on the application’s feature without having to deal with all the data management related things.

Also nice for debugging because you can run a similar second application on the side and “see” the same data
