Hello there, when I use Kdenlive, some of the effects are missing, unavailable, or not shown in ver. 23.04.1. For example, when I try to search up tehroxx0r or vocoder to try them out, it’s not available in the effects list. I’m using Windows 10 (home edition, version 22H2.
Also, Steve Harris’ SWH plugins mostly not here on the effects list software too. Then how can I try them out?
Try the standalone version. And check the documentation at docs.kdenlive.org, in particular the Windows Issues section re missing effects
I have the same problem on Mac and windows versions 24.02.2. Restarting the app helps to get some effects on win version, but not on Mac. I’m most interested in Steve Harris’ SWH now.
Yes, Steve Harris’ SWH are very important for Kdenlive. Fortunately, you only need to install swh-plugins in Linux, then you can already use these very good filters.
Unfortunately, they are currently not available in the AppImage.
