Monitor doesnt dim or switch off after suspend for some reason

I have setting which is dim screen after 2 mins and turn off monitor after lets say 6. It does happen on most cases. I have chromium from snap (i dont know if it is related to it in any way), so any tab (in chrome) beyond with youtube allows to dim then turn off screen which is - OK, second scenario is when i suspend to RAM laptop it doesnt want to dim/turn off monitor at all, so i cant understand what is going there really. Can someone give me some advices, what is blocking that and why?

Browser can prevent screensaver and same relates to VLC

it can detect activity, but its not perfect

Another thing to check: Presentation Mode in the Display Configuration, this can be turned off in the system tray on Plasma 5.27.5:

Also, if you want to upgrade Plasma 6.2.0 has a feature to override apps that block the system from going to sleep or locking the screen: Plasma 6.2 - KDE Community

yes yes yes its this one, but GUI can list only 1 used app second is hidden.
ps. dont want to use newest plasma, need wait until kubuntu will have major release
