Neon 6.2: Package libfam-dev needed

I need that package for compiling a program. Where can I get it?

This sort of thing would come from Ubuntu, not neon, so neon has no control over this.

But it appears that fam is no longer available past Ubuntu 22.04. It was removed from Debian, which trickled down to Ubuntu.

You will need to see if the software you are building has a newer version that doesn’t use this library that had its last new version 20 years ago.

Or you my need to build it yourself.
