Hi there, this is my first post here!! I’m new on Linux world since almost a year and I’m really happy with it and KDE. Thanks for your effort guys, you made a good job!!!
Back to the topic, I’ve looked through the sections for adding new customization elements, such as themes, desktop graphics, icons, etc., and I have to say that the menu or window where the content is displayed needs better options.
One of these is the display size. You can’t choose larger sizes, and for example, on a 16" 1080p screen at 100% scaling, you see a lot of content, yes, but it’s very small.
It’s all too crammed together, making it a bit difficult to see. I know you can go right in and take a better look. But even so… it’s still worth seeing, but perhaps it needs a little tweaking.
I’m not saying it’s necessarily a store with a great design, even though the website is the KDE Store, or that it doesn’t have integrated comments (which is a shame, it would be cool). The website is also somewhat confusing when searching for content, since the search function doesn’t work like a normal search engine; instead, it only searches by category, and for some sections with hundreds or even thousands of items, it gets complicated.
I don’t know much about this, but I’d be happy to help if I could. Some parts look great, others might be lacking a few nuances, but overall, this is really starting to stand out, and I’m happy about that. I look forward to comments and opinions from others.
P.S.: I just realized that holding down a key displays accents super easily, like for example, ñ… it’s simply… wow… how can you be so productive without even trying, haha.
