New security in transaction not recognized as new

Fedora, KMyMoney-master-4207.
I buy 100 sh of BGC Partners (BGC) and when I open the transaction dialogue, I see “Activity” is correctly filled with “Buy”. I then type BGC in the Security box and when I hit “Tab”, I expect the program to pop up a window “The security BGC currently does not exist… Do you want to create it?” This does not happen.
(even if I type the name instead of the symbol.) I checked the settings, but cannot find the problem. Thoughts appreciated. A

It could be, that this is not implemented (yet). Thanks for mentioning.
