Night Light staying on during daytime (Plasma 6.3)

The setting of Night Light is:

But actually it behaves like this:

It uses “Night light temperature” all over the day.

Hi - do you see the same issue occur if you change the Switching times setting to a different option, like “Sunset and sunrise at manual location” or “Custom times”?

This issue persists with “Sunset and sunrise at manual location”, and there is nothing abnormal with “Custom times”.
