I have the latest version of Kdenlive running under Ubuntu/Kde. Everything seems OK except no audio when I play a clip or an edited video. On the screen it appears that audio is working but in fact there is no sound. If I try the same on another video editor e.g. Open Shot, no problem. Kdenlive is installed with a snap.

The only officially supported packages are Flatpak on Flathub and the appimage from the Kdenlive web site. Please try either of them and report back here how it went.
