I just switched to KDE Neon from Gnome . I have no problems at all with KDE except that all my numbers are in Arabic ! (Which is the Local Language)
I went to Settings > Region and Language > Numbers > English > Apply but got an Error Not all missing packages managed to resolve! gimp-help-en;language-pack-en
when i open system moniter, all numbers are in arabic

Did you install the missing packages and try again?
Huh!? wdym? do i reinstall the language? how do i do it?

gimp-help-en and language-pack-en are packages you can install via apt:
sudo apt install gimp-help-en language-pack-en
Do this and then try to change the setting again.

I am confused. English numbers are Arabic numbers.

Both use the same method to show a numerical value and both use 10 symbols (base 10)
