I just switched to KDE Neon from Gnome. I have no problems at all with KDE except that all my numbers are in Arabic! (Which is the Local Language) and also my Numlock is disabled every restart; not the topic here tho.
I went to Settings > Region and Language > Numbers > English > Apply but got an Error ”Not all missing packages managed to resolve! gimp-help-en;language-pack-en" and also it is already set to English so that shouldn’t even matter. its very confusing and i did read the docs and each time i reset some aspect gets better (like my clock becomes english but the calender is still arabic. or web pages are right to left or sometimes left to right) pretty confusing stuff. this is my first time asking help in the linux community ever! so please make your answer simple. and if i wasnt meant to ask this here, sorry.
