Ironically, Okular is working correctly ![]()
But this way of working is the issue…
Full Explanation:
-
GNOME Papers Document Viewer
-
Okular
The only key that has apostrophes on my 14” laptop has the curly double quotes “ and the curly single quote ‘
When I type inside the Find box of Okular or GNOME Papers, either of them type the rigid double quotes " and the rigid single quote '
However, GNOME Papers actually finds the text. Okular fails as it interprets the apostrophes as different (expected?)
This is not really good if I’m trying to find something in a 500 page e-book, any workarounds possible?
