Okular: GpgME not installed correctly

Okuar suddenly started to throw the following message when opening the app:

gpgme-w32spwan.exe was not found in the detected installation directory of GpgME”C:\Program\Files\WindowsApps\KDEe.V.Okular_25.801.6693.0_x64_7vt06qxq7ptv8\bin”Crypto operations will not work.If you see this it indicates a problem with your installation. Please report the problem to your distributor of GpgME.Developer’s Note: The install dir can be manually set with: gpgme_set_global_flag

I am running Okular 25.08.1 on Windows 11.
Okular was installed from the Windows Store. Reinstalling Okular did not fix the issue.
I have not made any manual changes to the GpgME installation.

Has anyone encountered the same issue and could help with that?
I am unsure whether this qualifies as bug.
Many thanks in advance!

I believe Don't filter out gpgme-w32spawn for gpgme apps (!1340) · Merge requests · Packaging / KDE Craft Blueprints · GitLab is supposed to fix that issue. I’m not sure how long it takes for an Okular build with that fix to get published, but it should eventually.
