Okular v26.03.80: Unable to resize popup note annotation

I’m using Okular v26.03.80 with a pdf file (saved as a pdf, not an Okular archive).

Steps to recreate problem:

  1. Click the popup note annotation button on the toolbar to enable popup note.

  2. Create a popup note.

  3. The popup note text area is not resizable (in older versions of Okular this was resizable)

3b) Same problem with you have LaTeX code in the popup annotation: note text areas is not resizable before or after TeX rendering.
