On which distro(s) K Desktop Environment 1 runned?

Slackware? Debian? Not Arch Linux, initial release: 2002.

K Desktop Environment 1 was released nearly 30 years ago.

There are no distros using it nowadays.

Probably both Slack and Debian back then had it. Mandrake did, among others.
