org.kde.Platform Flatpak runtime package will not install (Linux Mint)

I have an org.kde.Platform Flatpak runtime package, which will not install on my system. Is this because I have dropped the installation of kdenlive 26.04.0 from my system, because it crashes?

If so, would this package install if I reinstall kdenlive 26.04.0? Also, would it then unf@#k kdenlive 26.04.0 on Linux Mint?

I always use AppImages in Mint whenever they’re available. No problems with them. Flatpaks take up a huge amount of storage space.

This appears to be Linux Mint specific, this time.

26.04.0 flatpak installs and works fine on Bluefin Linux.

But there appears to be a massive difference in the software manager versions!

System package: 4:21.12.3-0ubuntu1

Flathub: 25.12.1

Neither are the latest, and when I use the kdenlive website for flathub, it refers me back to software manager.

System packages are no longer supported. Each distro decides whether or not to have “their own” package of Kdenlive. We only support AppImage and Flatpack (on Flathub). Flathub always has the latest version though it may come out a few days after the AppImage version is available on Downloads - Kdenlive

Thanks. I went and installed the AppImage.
