Panel config file location

Anyone know how where the panel config file is located i want to back up my layout so i can go back after i change it. Plasma themes and plugins | Developer
says its located,

    System/Default: /usr/share/plasma/layout-templates/
    User Installed: ~/.local/share/plasma/layout-templates/

but it’s not there though I am on nix.

but I have brought my .config and .local over from my prior arch install several times and I get my layout I just don’t know where.

~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc

This has your panel and widget setup.

there are lots of files in lots of places if you want to back up your desktop setup

konsave is a utility that can manage the back up / restore process and it has good documentation on where all the files are located.

Konsave has been broken for a while since plasma 6 but the the rc is what i wanted
