panels does not work after wakeup

Hello, every time when wakeup laptop after suspend - can not see any panels (just windows)

for example logs after last wakeup (approximately 13:59)

this problem is old (i see this behavior last month or more)

i thought KDE team see all problems and it will fix after update, but looks like not (i enabled all user feedback and always automatically send errors)

KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0

helped reboot or this command:

systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell.service
