Like Webcam image as desktop wallpaper in Windows 7? - Super User describes, does anything like Window’s Active Desktop - Wikipedia feature exist for KDE Plasma 5? That is, anything which shall replace my desktop with an embedded browser of sorts.
It looks like there’s a wallpaper plugin to use a webpage on your desktop
