Hi! after installing latte-dock package have installed plasma in my Mint.
There i founded many problems.Where send this issues: in KDE bugs or to Mint bugs?
Hello.
If you need help with KDE you can try to ask in this forum. And if is a bug, you can submit it in:
If you think that is a problem with Mint you can ask here:

I can see this problems only in mint so i can`t say which problem is it:kde-unsupporting mint or mint-unsupporting kde.
For example,power/session buttons don`t work from menu
You can try to make a new user to log in KDE to see if is a problem with your current user.
Regards
That’s amazing,in other user i can’t see this issues! But i want that after installing plasma in all users standartly all works.
So, the new users don’t have the problem? Only the first one when you opened this thread?
If yes, sorry. I can’t tell you how fix this. ![]()
Other user will tell you.

Not all issues(as i see now) changed with new user
Unless you’re talking about something different called Mint, Linux Mint doesn’t support Plasma.
It’s in Mint’s repositories, but those are the Kubuntu packages, which the Mint people didn’t touch.
If you want to use Plasma, you’d be better off picking another distribution.
mint doesn’t support KDE so they won’t likely be any help
and the plasma version you have is likely plasma 5 so this forum won’t likely be any help, nor will reporting it to bugs.kde.org since they are now only supporting plasma 6.
if you want a functional KDE experience on a debian based distro, i would recommend you switch to kubuntu LTS where at least they put the effort into making sure plasma works on the distro.
Certainly, Latte-dock has been dead for quite a long time already.
Also, Linux Mint doesn’t support KDE Plasma desktop - you should think to have clean installations with the intended desktop, otherwise you run in to very deeply entrenched issues…
Not only the installed software you see, but the services in the background - multiple default applications set and all kinds of other stuff.
Even with a clean, native KDE Plasma installation, latte-dock is dead.
Or you use SolydXK in the K variant, meaning the KDE desktop.
SolydXK is Mint with either XFCE or KDE where Mint is focusing on Cinnamon and Mate if I am correct.
I have used the KDE variant for a couple of years and never had problems with it, it is, as the name says, rock Solyd.
