Plasmashell/ksmserver Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU

I’m puzzled by these message in recent journald logs:

Mar 31 16:04:26 kosmos1 plasmashell[7327]: INFO: Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU.
Mar 31 16:22:04 kosmos1 plasmashell[12949]: INFO: Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU.
Mar 31 16:39:49 kosmos1 ksmserver[15172]: INFO: Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU.
Mar 31 17:03:56 kosmos1 plasmashell[26641]: INFO: Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU.

Why would plasmashell/ksmserver be using TensorFlow? Some computation perhaps?

It Is Chrome or chromium launched from plasmashell, It see them as child processes. (And yes, It’s a bug)
