I think, Plasma has introduced great feature to search by icon text on desktop. I do not test it yet, but what about Plasmoid/icon name? Each Plasmoid could register as many names it would like and user can set name - for example - for sticker.
Plasmoid would also have autogenerated name, like: “icon name” icon. Thanks to this, I can press alt+spacebar and type English Words to learn and KRunner will shown entry to activate stickers on my desktop. I can type Some Game icon and KRunner will activate icon inside my Folder View Plasmoid.
It make sense to set also icon for each name.
