Power management options are missing from Krunner and Application Launcher

After update to 6.1 I can only find Sleep. Reboot and Shutdown are not there, the Plasma Search plugin is enabled. I’m at a loss what could be causing this.

System context: Nobara Linux 40 (6.8.12-201.fsync.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) kernel), KDE Plasma 6.1, KDE Frameworks 6.3.0, Qt 6.7.1.

I can find these options in KRunner on openSUSE Tumbleweed after update to 6.1.0, but for some reason they’re listed under Desktop Sessions and not under Power. Sleep is still listed under Power
