I want to use bash shortcut alt+b and I don’t want to open any bookmark. I don’t use that.
I search a lot and nothing gave me a way to change this behavior.
Can someone help me to disable bookmark, alt focus, shortcut os anything?

I assume you mean the behavior that when you hold the ALT key, the main menu shows underlines for each element of the main menu that you can trigger with a key, and then when you press that key - it opens that menu.
This is called “menu accelerators” and it is controlled in the Konsole general configuration:
