Preview in Okular pdf

Hello, I have switched from gnome to kde last month and I have to say that I find kde really the best. I have only one thing that I miss about gnome, and this is the evince preview feature in pdf. You can see the photo for clarity. When in Evince I go with the pointer over an hyperlink which points to another location in the document, it shows a small preview of what is there. Since I read a lot of Latex documents with these kind of hyperlinks, I would really like to have this feature in Okular. Do you know anyway in which I can do it? Thank you!

Hi! For what it’s worth, this feature has been requested through a ticket in the KDE Bugtracking System: 128434 – Preview tooltip for hyperlinks to other pages

This looks like something that will just require someone with the time, ability and interest to jump in and figure out how to implement

If you’d like, you can add yourself to the CC list in Bugzilla to get email notifications whenever new comments are added, or the status is changed. Making sure the “Add me to CC list” option is checked, then choosing “Save Changes”, will add you:

I agree that it would be amazing. I don’t have much to add, if not to manifest my enormous gratitude if someone were to implement this very useful function!
