I have a problem on my KDE Neon (Wayland) the round corners effect was working perfectly and i don’t know when but now it’s not! As you can see on the image, only the corners from the top of the window are round (same for the left side and for any window of any app)
I think what you’re seeing is the “natural” intended state for the Breeze theme. However, you can add window borders that will be rounded on all four corners if you so choose, from the System Settings app under Appearance & Style > Colors & Themes > Window Decorations:
