Hi, as you can see on the following video, i have a problem when i move an icon of the task manager which is not active (where i didn’t clicked to focus before) you can see the issue in the first part of the video and the workaround i found in the second part!
It’s pretty annoying since i have to do this (rearranging and sorting my apps/icons) everytime i start my session or when i need to kill and start again plasmashell because of its problems… (like when the notifications and audio feedback popups are pinned for some reason on the top left corner of my monitor)
Btw do you know any way to permit to some apps like Brave and Chrome to remind their desktops and also their activity when you open it again, like i said like after a reboot and start of the session or even if you close it and open it again! (and if possible their monitor, position, and size)
I tried but it’s not working, it’s just working for Discord which has only one window but for Chrome or Brave with many windows and tabs, it just opens everything on the same desktop and activity!
O, ok. You meant make the browsers remember their tabs. Guess you’ll need to set your desktop to start with a saved session. But in order to have all the, for example, different brave browser windows open with different specific sizes and such, you’ll have to make desktop apps for them. For example: A desktop app with exec brave-browser --new-window https://www.youtube.com/. I think it’s the only way to achieve what you want. You can achieve the same if you have webapps for specific sites. You can have them autostarted, positiones,sized, on which desktop etc…
