I’ve noticed that this bug seems half fixed. The underlying state of the icons is properly restored, but the visual state is not, and the two are desynced. I took a video to demonstrate the issue
After I turned off and back on my screen, the icons are in the wrong place, but when selecting them, it selects the icons based on where they should be rather than where they are. Moreover, when restarting my system, the icons go back to where they should
