Problems with KWin and QGIS

Hello, this is my first time writing here, as my problem is not really a Bug but propably just a misconfiguration. I am looking for a way to disable all window actions if a certain application is used, after struggling with QGis and (what I think is KWin) QGIS has a functionality to drag and arrange panels and toolbars, as many programs with lots of possible tools and toogles do. However I began to run into problems after the KDE window manager started to remove the selected panels from the main window and turn them into separate smaller windows, without a way to add these back to the main interface. That way I now have multiple small windows moving around in front of the main working interface, blocking the view. The problem in this case is also that QGIS does not feature a button within these panels to “minimize” them, but in this forum I want to ask how I could disable the KDE window manager for all windows of a fixed program.
Window rules are propably the most likely solution, but after trying out many of the countless combinations I am still having the same problems. I would like to create a window rule that would just remove all the window management functionalities and not interfere with the program.

Hi, I am aware this is not the answer you are looking for, but have you asked the QGIS folks, if they are aware of this problem as well?
