Problems with openvpn

I have a recently fresh installed KDE Neon. Updated short time ago.

The packet “openvpn” is installed.

I’ve set up an openVPV connection exactly as I have in a laptop with Neon .
Tha laptop works perfectly but when I try co connect with the new one I get the following error messages: (sorry if its not as in English is. I translate from spanish).

The service that gives the vpn connetion has been stoped.
Can’t activate the vpn connection.

I understand it’s not a connection configuration issue. Perpahs it is a system Issue.

The open vpn packet has been purged ans installed again.

Any idea ?

Thanks in advance

See here:

after sudo service openvpn status:

AS I wrote al te beginning, I have the connection properly configured, exactly as in the laptop is.

But when I try to connect from the network manager in Plasma 6 I get the errror: (translated from spanish)
The service that gave the vpn connection has been stoped.

Really I have no idea about the reason nor the solution
