Qt widgets not rendering until updateing itself

When I use Qt based tools, some windows are not rendering until I hoverd with the mouse over the elements. I do not know why and I also did not find anything inside the Arch wiki. My system is up-to-date and I do not have any pending updates. Here is a video that shows what I meant https://youtu.be/L3eK6vhb-GA

Are those apps Qt6 ones or Qt5?
Which app(s) exactly are concerned?

Currently I know of two apps:

  1. The time tracking app of my company which is based on Qt5 ( PyQt5~=5.15.1 to be precise).
  2. Qt Designer which is using Qt 5.15.13.
